West Virginia Incumbent: Democrat Joe Manchin US Senate

He hasn't said he is running for re-election yet. He has $9.5 million in his war chest IF he does run. IF he runs and wins the primary, do we raise $ for him on ActBlue?

Without Manchin, we definitely wouldn’t have over 300 judges because in 2020, it would have been 51-49 republican and 2022, 50-50 which would have allowed judges but not 300. Plus, Vice President Harris would be tie breaker on all judges.

Now, I’d completely change my mind if we had 54 democratic seats. I’d say, enjoy retirement. But we’re not there yet. And getting 70 percent is a million times better then zero.

be criticizing Jim Justice regarding the issue with IRS seizing his helicopter? I'm not saying this is a huge issue but it is something you hit your opponent on immediately if you have any kind of campaign. Has he said anything?

Manchin has run his last race as a a Dem and will dedicate the next year to putting Donald Trump back in the WH.

who may challenge him for the Democratic nomination? I see where he was a Marine and has formed an exploratory committee. Just wonder what his chances might be realistically.

This is a state where Biden did not crack 30%, Manchin is the only Democrat who can (maybe) win.

Lots of things about WV politics and business are incredibly incestuous. Drive anywhere in the state and see billboards for X Manchin for Office and Y Manchin Real Estate Agency (just examples but hopefully you get my point). Even WVU is like that, know someone in the state? Here’s a cushy job you’re unqualified to have.
So, sadly I don’t think it’s in the cards for Mr Shrewsbury.
I can’t wait to change my voter registration to PA.

If he runs for his Senate seat then sure, it’s in our interest that he win over the Republican candidate.

likely he runs under the No Labels party or independent. He’s still behind Justice by about 8 points.

If he's polling 17 points behind Jim Justice in July, then Hell no. I'm a realist.
