Mens rea or culpable mental state is a requirement and it can be hard to prove someone who is in an addiction crisis had such culpable mental state

This says absolutely NOTHING about the current president. I have one adult child and what they do is their doing and I cannot be held accountable for someone else’s actions.

and probably a couple more of the conservative wing, so I see the use of the law being determined unconstitutional. Yup. Even this court. Not because they want to do the "right" thing, but because guns....
