Listening to McCain, does it seem to anyone else..

McC's speech struck my ear as the script either he or Romney had planned to give right after he " (R) pinned Obama to the wall on Benghazi in the third debate. Of course, O turned the tables on Rmoney with his "please proceed" response. I think I just heard the plan that was originally intended to take O down in a real October Surprise that he deftly averted. It's back now but way less potently in its potential to damage the president very badly. And I have very little doubt that the whole dangerous housewives piece was part of the plan ... tho maybe not in the way they intended.

but I guess Petraeus is clean or the repukes wouldn't be pushing on this.. or they've written Petraeus off and think that what damages him could damage Obama. But I do agree it sounds scripted and planned and like a continuation of the election smear attempts.

I've been thinking the same thing and now with McC and Sen. Graham parroting the "we must investigate this)(President)", I wouldn't be a bit surprised to start hearing impeachment noise from the GOP. Just like with Clinton, if they can"t beat him in an election - impeachment!

Lindsey Graham and K.Ayotte to add their two cents. The whole world knows by now they just want to create disorder for Prs. Obama. Holier than thou should be their motto.

What they want is to distract him, be able to control the news cycle, and slow him down a bit like Clinton. If they actually did impeach him they would have Joe to deal with.
