So I've skimmed thru the indictment and can't help but start tying to figure out who the co-conspirators are...

Best guess on CC1 is that its Ghouliani 'Trial by combat" see page 37.

For the rest I guess I need to keep looking, but its complicated by not finding a complete video of all the speakers form the rally (for CC2 for example)

Any others other there having a go at this?

there wasn't time to indict them now and try to get this trial scheduled before the 2024 election.

Expectations are that the 6 unindicted co-conspirators will be indicted later.

Time Matters, don't Google what Laurence Tribe said, or what Chris Hayes said last night about Merrick Garland.

Also, Trump wasn't charged with seditious conspiracy or inciting a riot because of time constraints. Convicted of seditious conspiracy would have stopped Trump from running for president.

Jack Smith understands the importance of time.

I see Alternet wrote this headline: "'Conspiracy... beamed down from the mothership': CNN identifies Trump co-conspirator six"

and followed it with a clip from CNN - but the clip doesn't talk about co-conspirator no. 6, but instead

"the senior campaign adviser who is signified in this indictment as one of the people who was giving Trump the harshest assessment that there was no fraud after the election that would overturn the vote, that person is Jason Miller ... Miller continued to work with Donald Trump, continues to work with him. These are people who were telling him that there wasn't fraud and that Donald Trump and the alleged co-conspirators or the co-conspirators in this indictment who are not charged at this time that those people were doing something anomalous with what the campaign knew that there wasn't fraud and this.".

9. Miller's name came from CNN

but this morning, one of their reporters was going through the names. She didn't give a name for 6, so maybe they pulled back on 6 being Miller.

Could it be Navarro or Epshtyn? Both admitted to Melber that they were involved in the fake elector scheme.

14. Epshtyn does have involvement in fake electors, and wouldn't be surprising

I've suggested Mike Roman, who was definitely on the Dec 12 conference call about Pennsylvania fake electors. But he has also been described as cooperating with Smith - but, then again, Giuliani has sometimes been described like that. It's unclear if "cooperating" means just "doesn't fight a subpoena" or the full "told Smith everything he knew as a deal", or various points in between.
