Cannon was selected by “the wheel,” a computer program put in place to ensure the randomness of judicial selections. I don’t like the draw, but it’s not the result of the Clerk putting a thumb on the scale.

9. I disagree with everyone in this thread. I think this is a great idea. Voicing an opinion

is not the same as harassment.

There is an article this morning about how the Supreme Court seems to be making somewhat more reasonable decisions and it posits that is due to the virulent backlash they were made aware of from the public.

Public opinion has its place. This can't hurt.
