E. Jean Carroll: "I'm here because Donald Trump raped me."

?s=61&t=EcvWMxA1syxTf8zqNwq-IA

NEW YORK — A writer suing Donald Trump took the stand Wednesday to tell jurors that the future president raped her after she accompanied him into a department store fitting room in 1996.

"I'm here because Donald Trump raped me, and when I wrote about it, he said it didn't happen. He lied and shattered my reputation, and I'm here to try and get my life back," she testified.

Trump denies E. Jean Carroll's allegations. He hasn't attended the trial thus far, but his lawyers said Tuesday it's still possible he could decide to testify.

is happening. I think the Orange Ruski is going to play this as just ending up with a judgement against him for money and then trying to make it hard to collect anything while claiming he is a "victim" of some sort.

On her closing - pull a Clint Eastwood!

Put an empty chair* in front of the jurors, pretend Trump is sitting it, and ask and answer questions to the defendant!

* What Eastwood did in 2012 at the RNC Convention.

They tend to not like granstanding thatrecal displays.....

But if he/she is able to play any voice recordings of his speaches, or comments, he can point to the empty witness stand and ask a question he might ask tfg, then turn back to the jury and address them.

It's all about what you can get away with.
