Trump denies E. Jean Carroll's allegations. He hasn't attended the trial thus far, but his lawyers said Tuesday it's still possible he could decide to testify.

(4,274 posts)is happening. I think the Orange Ruski is going to play this as just ending up with a judgement against him for money and then trying to make it hard to collect anything while claiming he is a "victim" of some sort.

Put an empty chair* in front of the jurors, pretend Trump is sitting it, and ask and answer questions to the defendant!

But if he/she is able to play any voice recordings of his speaches, or comments, he can point to the empty witness stand and ask a question he might ask tfg, then turn back to the jury and address them.
It's all about what you can get away with.
