for even more aggressive gerrymandering in Texas, Florida, and Ohio, and the lack of gerrymandering in California and New York (although New York tried), we would be looking at a Democratic House. I think that we are to the point where voting matters mostly for holding ground and gerrymandering is what gains ground.
