3. I agree. I wrote to every member of Congress in the 70's suggesting just that sans the name!

They already had gov labs testing it back then. Could have been sold to adults via the now largely defunct "State Liquor Stores". Still an excellent idea. Blend of Kentucky Bluegrass and California Sinsemilla. Cannonball!

We are always only total consciousness, the 'knower - aware the world that disappears at death when the distractions and confusions fall away, leaving this self which is never absent, never known to not be.

6. I think we should legalize cannabis because there is no reason it should be illegal

Not to mention the laws are intentionally biased. We should quit focusing on how we can spend the tax revenue. It should be a legal business and it's taxes handled the same way any as any other business. It is this focus on special taxation to maximize the tax harvest that is making the business side untenable. Some might liken it to "socialism", pay for your own infrastructure and quit freeloading off the backs of pot smokers.

Back in the Prohibition Era it was assumed that most of the marijuana smokers were black people. So why not make it illegal? I know this is way oversimplifying, but it was seen back then as another way to cause difficulties for minorities. When the baby-boomers came along and popularized it, marijuana became an issue for white people also.

The funny thing is, I grew up in the Midwest where you could find cannabis growing wild in fields and along roadsides just about anywhere, if you knew what to look for. It really was a weed. But now it's a business.

that he had something to do with its prohibition due to land use in Mexico (???). Hemp used to grow wild in many places after being cultivated during WWII.
