so Jared could sell them to places like Saudi Arabia for $2 billion.

For the record, that's a crime punishable by death (see the Ethel and Julius Rosenberg).

The real question is 1) Will he actually be charged and tried and 2) Will we find a jury that will actually convict him.

I may have missed it but I have not seen any information that says he had those documents.

Would not surprise me but have not seen this yet.

from this search. News is now reporting those documents likely contained nuclear secrets.
