Dubya's file purge is the real story that CBS News should have hunted down when questions were raised about the authenticity of the TANG documents - I'd love to have seen 60 Minutes do a long segment on the file cleansing and bait-and-switch operations of Rove's dirty-tricks squad. That would have made for some interesting TV. Too bad that Sumner Redstone, who had bought-out the network, wanted Bush to win.

was in the service, in name only of course. But I do believe that both of them are cowards . In Mittsnakes case out and out draft evasion and in bushmonkeys case avoidance of combat zones and awol a lot of the time. Dan Rather got canned from CBS for telling that truth. They are both repulsive.

out for Rumsfeld for sure and I think for Cheney and Bush for war crimes. Rumsfeld switched air ports in France and barely got away when he went on a book tour. GWB'S and Cheney's autobiography admitts to torture, which we know is against the Geneva Convention.

Why is the press listening to this asshat's staff?

‘‘We've got a complete blackout on discussing the Bush details,’’ Kneipp told The Associated Press.

The restrictions were imposed by the former president’s staff, he said. Bush was scheduled to speak Thursday evening at The Ritz-Carlton on Grand Cayman Island.

‘‘It’s totally their decision,’’ Kneipp said of the decision to close the event to the media.

Sponsors of the two-day conference include KPMG, a company that provides tax advisory services, and Deutsche Bank. It costs $4,000 to attend and other speakers include billionaire Richard Branson.
