Listening to the Sound of Big Government at Work:

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/audio/?action=cwp&ctid=1855

Someone posted this link last night in the middle of the coverage on Hurricane Sandy coming into NYC, on a thread with Twitter links.

They are handling everything all together. This is still going on this morning, will go on for days to resolve the damage of this storm. An example of people united working together to save lives.

It's not about profits as Romney and Ryan believe. This is about looking out for each other. Take a listen if you want, and get an education about what undergirds the life of so many people in the Big Apple.

I found it awesome.

They don't believe in BIG government, so tragedies like this happen. They cut the funding to the levees that the Corps of Engineers begged to be replaced. They cut funding to NOAA, and every other thing they could. They wanted this to happen, it wasn't the first time.
