If the United States does not negotiate with terrorists. Why are we negotiating anything

with Republicans? Does anyone in their right mind actually believe any of them give a crap about the country. Even after Liz Cheney was forced out of republican leadership she is still defending the new anti democratic Jim crow 2.0 laws going so far as to give themselves the power to “pick” the winner if they don’t like who the voters choose.

A very good point. In reality there are not any real negotiations taking place. The GOP walkingman May 2021 #1

like to use the charade of bi-partisanship as a means to spread their lies and hateful rhetoric. they did the same thing with Obama and nothing has changed.

Until I see voters abandon the Republican Party like what happened when Dixiecrats did in the Civil Rights era (which saw all Southern States turn Red) then it is business as usual. These right-wing terrorists seem to be multiplying or at least are more vocal than ever before.

Just look at what has happened to Texas since 1994 - we have more than our fair share of wackos (and they all don't live in Waco).
