It's right on the front page in the middle about Fox,Tucker and Chauvin and how it was reported. I get a strange error message.

He goes to CNN more than I do. the "www.preview.cnn.com" in the link is most likely the cause

I suspect that past failures to convict cops were caused by intimidation of jurors. They may have feared retaliation from the police, being reminded by the very case in front of them that in practice, police are above the law.
