(19,969 posts)information flow to their voters, but Democrats would have the opportunity to pass HR1 and further vote strengthening legislation, fixing the ACA, as well as actual infrastructure investment. America could look a lot different in 18 months with a Dem led covid fix.

(17,636 posts)it that they can no longer be relevant in politics without the Right Extremists. They are between a rock and a hard place with tough decisions to make. Being Republicans, I expect them to make the expedient choice, not the right choice.

Trump is probably promising to veto the $2.3T funding bill if they override on the Defense Bill. However, I'd bet that if they do not override on Defense, he will still veto the Funding bill and screw everyone.
