Hillary hasn't practiced law in decades and has no experience as a prosecutor in any capacity. Obama has never been a judge and also hasn't practiced law in years. They are great people but for both positions I'd prefer someone with relevant qualifications.

Otherwise, I like him where he is.

General. She supported law enforcement a bit too much when using excessive force so unfortunately, I don't think so.

when the decision was made not to prosecute Chauvin in 2006. Chauvin's shooting of the suspect took place on Oct. 29, only a week before she was elected to the Senate. She left the county attorney's office in December, several months before her successor sent the case to the grand jury for review.

Xavier Becerra, the California AG and former Congressman is also a good choice. He's Latinx and impressive. Elizabeth Warren would also be good but I would like to see her as Senate Majority Leader if we take the Senate.

I was kinda thinking he could take Kamala's senate seat since there has never been a Latinx senator from California. And yes I LOVE Elizabeth, but I too would like to see her take Moscow Mitch's senate leadership away from him.

Besides experience as a US Senator, he also has Justice Department experience - was the US Attorney that convicted the KKK thugs for the 1960s black church bombing.

He was an assistant county prosecutor for a couple of years right out of law school in the '70s, then went into private practice for a bit, and left the law business permanently when he was elected Lt. Governor in 1982. That's it. Also he's pushing 80.
