Ryan to Ohio Woman Re Welfare: "Teach a man to fish & you feed him for a lifetime. Don't feed fish."

On Wednesday, in Ohio, Paul Ryan, the zombie-eyed granny-starver from space, in the middle of a rote answer to a woman who was talking about being on welfare, an answer that was just inches from actually being human, said this:

"Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. Don't feed fish."
Brilliant young thinker, that one.

Throughout his time as vice president, Quayle was widely ridiculed in the media and by many in the general public, in both the U.S. and overseas, as an intellectual lightweight and generally incompetent.[12] Contributing greatly to the perception of Quayle's incompetence was his tendency to make public statements that were either self-contradictory and confused ("The holocaust was an obscene period in our nation's history.… No, not our nation's, but in World War II. I mean, we all lived in this century. I didn't live in this century, but in this century's history&quot , impossible and confused ("I have made good judgments in the past. I have made good judgments in the future&quot or confused, as when he addressed the United Negro College Fund, whose slogan is "A mind is a terrible thing to waste," and said, "You take the UNCF model that what a waste it is to lose one's mind or not to have a mind is being very wasteful. How true that is."[13]

As Ryan himself said, "the reason I got involved in public service, by and large, if I had to credit one thinker, one person, it would be Ayn Rand."

http://www.alternet.org/news-amp-politics/ryans-secret-tape-even-more-extreme-romneys?paging=off

I sincerely doubt Ayn Rand would approve of Jesus just giving away loaves and fishes to 5,000 free-loaders as described in John 6:1-15.

This woman said she made 300-something every two weeks and she wanted to know what he was going to do to help her get off Welfare. And he responded by saying basically it was up to her and then the Don't feed fish comment.

Cold disgusting cruelty.

Is that woman was likely there because she wanted to hear one thing from that bastard that would make her feel comfortable about the vote she was sure to cast for him and Romney. Wonder whether she is reconsidering her vote now? Well, she did get a serving of Romney/Ryan dish for the 47%.
