Todays's Gallup daily tracking poll, Obama up by...
50% - 44% (Likely voters)
http://www.gallup.com/home.aspx
That is a seven day rolling average, so it isn't a 24 hour blip.

OP
I doubt it. Few polls include cell phones or people without phones (which still exist).

A part of me thinks Gallup is adjusting their demographics to show where the race truly stands. It was widely known their samples under-counted minorities. But they held steadfast anyway. Now they are facing scrutiny and their polls increasingly look like outliers. And then all of a sudden.... BAM! Now there polling is in line with everyone else. Hmmm?
I guess "big, bad" Gallup doesn't want to be a fringe outlier anymore.
BTW... Who is going to defend (R)asmussen's ridiculous polls now?

Righties were clinging to Gallup's poll. Now that the Gallup poll has been ripped out of the cold, dead hands, they are clinging to Rasmussen's poll. The Rasmussen poll, as distorted as it is in favor of republicans, is moving against the right.
If the poll trend continues, one must wonder when the right will just give up and go off to their closets to kiss, and massage their guns, the meaty ones as well as the steel ones.
