that a small handful of non-politically aware, uncommitted voters will be tempted to swing toward Biden. Net effet: I have no idea.

That might result in a stronger margin in some of the swing states. Otherwise, I'm not so sure the effects will be all that earth-shaking.

In and of itself it doesn't shift any votes. It added to the rest that has come out basically gives Trump no way to make up any ground.

However as case counts mount this will be pat of what has Biden gaining everywhere.
