Of course I'd like to see the president back up over 50, but as long as he seems to be pulling away, I'll take it.

9. There Are About Four Or Five Trackers With Different Methodologies

Gallup calls landlines and cell phones. Rasmussen is a robocaller who only calls landlines. There are two or three internet trackers... And there are sporadically released traditional polls (conducted over s set period of time). There must be near a dozen taken in the last four or five days. Rasmussen and Gallup were the only ones showing Obama tied or slightly behind(Rasmussen).

Plus there are dozens and dozens of swing state polls and there a solid majority show Obama in the lead.

Gallup has always been the GOP outlier, but this time even they can't lie enough to make it seem close.

it is in their interest to keep this race close, but we all know it is not close.

I think the media do not want to spend money in doing actual journalism so
they in turn assume poll results, States like Texas is showing a Romney
lead, I find that suspicious.

surely Texas has to be smart enough to know this guy has no substance, but then again Texas has nominated
Rick Perry twice or three times.
