Is Halloween still being celebrated this year?

I saw all the Halloween candy and some masks of Biden (smiling) and tRump (scowling) at CVS but I assumed that due to Covid people were staying home. I was Pelosi last year and this year I was going to be The Grim Reaper/aka tRump mask, hooded cape and scythe. The year before that everyone was dressed as little RBGs.

I know people planning costumes for their families. Shouldn't be too hard to trick 'or treat safely. It's just the parties that need to be avoided.
