6. This is a guy who, along with 7 accomplices, had 520k on hand to settle

fraud charges with the DOJ. Hmm... I wonder if the debt was fully paid or if Barr gave the doctor an offer he couldn't refuse...

Assuming the debt was paid, this guy has the ability to fund a robust PR strategy, which may include fake testimonials. I'll be honest, I checked out his Google reviews the other day, and at first glance, they seemed pretty good. Then again, if your name is unique and tied to a huge lawsuit with the state of Georgia and the DOJ, your next best defense is to have some excellent reviews show up.

Of course, there's always the possibility that the reviews are real and he treated private patients differently than he treated ICE detainees.
