Barbara Lagoa -Cuban-American from Florida. NO one will get voted in before election. IMO, they will wait until lame duck.
Even if they do not vote her in, her usefulness to him is to get him votes in FL and more latino votes there. Naming her is all he needs at this moment, IMO.
