it's an inside report from a reporter which his people have said is false.

The only person who has from their own mouths said after her death is Murkowski.

He's in a bind if he goes back on his word so close to election day. His race with Harrison is so tight right now he might hesitate to be made a liar. Then again, it's Lindsey.

People are way taking stuff out of context (not you the people tweeting it).

None of those statements were made after RBG passed.

Her temporary appointment should end if she loses the election.

AZ Republic has an article on it but it is behind a paywall so I don't know the specifics of the election law in AZ. The term still has 2 more years so isn't tied to the swearing in for the new Senate Class.

I know some people say Murkowski said it afterwards but she actually said it prior about two hours prior to the news being made public. The stories were still being written so they started appearing around the same time but she said it at 5pm today.

Until we get confirmation from the Senators in black and white I am not holding my breath. Hopefully reporters everywhere are trying to pin them down with a quote.
