They're ignoring Supreme Court rulings, I see no reason for them to pay any attention to this.

Equipment to be put back. Some of ours here in DE was sitting out in the rain. I know other states had similar issues.

equipment is the automation stuff for mail sorting and would take a year or more to get back. The damage is done and no judge can get it undone
