The words of Tommy Tuberville on the Voting Rights Act

“You know, the thing about the Voting Rights Act it’s, you know ― there’s a lot of different things you can look at it as, you know, who’s it going to help? What direction do we need to go with it? I think it’s important that everything we do we keep secure. We keep an eye on it. It’s run by our government. And it’s run to the, to the point that we, it’s got structure to it. It’s like education. I mean, it’s got to have structure. Now for some reason, we look at things to change, to think we’re gonna make it better, but we better do a lot of work on it before we make a change.”

And this useless scam artist is leading

After the Shelby County decision, which gutted Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.

He's appealing to whirly-eyed fundies, so-called 'pro-lifers' (actually just anti-choicers), and other fact-resistant MAGAts.

One of the ads aired a quote from Jones saying “I am not going to give wall money just to give wall money.” Apparently, that was the most damaging quote they could find. So they paraphrased the hell out of it to imply that Jones was opposed to all border control -- typical Uglican tactics.

I want a law passed that enforces the rule that "a State shall not receive more in federal tax dollars than they pay in".

Fuck these Red States sucking at the teet of the "gubmint".

Pull fucking military installations and federal offices out of them if you have to.

If they have a fucking hurricane, flood or tornado, let them either "raise State taxes on their own people, or hold a fucking bakesale.

The callous disregard for American citizens in Blue States needs to be paid back to these fucked up Retrumplican incubation centers... let's see how they like that shit.

Let fucking Moscow Mitch explain to them the concept of "makers and takers".
