Do not stop drumming away until the votes are counted.
Just got off the phone with one of the friendships I thought would weather the storm. Don't think it's going to last. Here are the talking points from that conversation:
1) Have you bought me a tee-shirt? Obama is selling tee-shirts. All the trouble we're in and he's wasting time and taxpayer money selling tee-shirts.
2) They have defaced our flag. They spent tax-payer money to change our American flag on Air Force One.
3) Clinton sounds like he's the only one with a plan. Obama is just a figurehead.
4) Well he was born in Kenya, his grandmother said so.
I finally got off the phone after telling him that it's best we don't talk about politics until after the election, and maybe not even then.
It's an insanity that cannot be stopped by those who are already convinced in these soundbites.
