He has a point.

If people like Trump can ignore all laws, then there is no law, and we have no right to incarcerate anyone.

2. If He's not brought to justice

We have no one serving us who believes in law and order, and justice applies only to those either not wealthy , or can't blackmail their way out of their crimes. There needs to be investigations into why he's escaped being held accountable for so long.

There are some very bad people locked up who ought to stay locked up, regardless of how angry and disgusted we are at Donnie, his henchmen, and his enablers are not currently facing investigation and criminal prosecution.

4. He and the rest of the tRump family will be pardoned and will not go to fed jail

After he pardons his bunch of criminals including Pense, tRump will resign and Pense will pardon him. No federal charges for the whole lot of them.

Still state charges if he doesn't flee the country. New York needs to indite him before he leaves and have the Secret Service hand him over once he is no longer president.
