Romney's SuperPAC Running On Fumes

They're down to $6M. Didn't someone tell me Romney and his people were supposed to be financial whiz kids? The only whizzing I see going on is them pissing away the election.
The rats are jumping ship. Why throw good money after bad, right? Romney's going to lose so why would anyone donate to his PAC? Republicans are realizing their money is better spent on the congressional races.
Sounds like one of the companies Bain ran into the ground. Is anyone checking to see if Romney doesn't somehow make millions of dollars by losing the election?
Until then, everyone point and laugh.

WASHINGTON -- After banking more than $20 million through the middle of the summer to beat President Barack Obama, Restore Our Future, the super PAC supporting Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, ended August with only $6 million cash on hand, according to a report filed Thursday with the Federal Election Commission.
The powerhouse super PAC, run by former Romney aides and instrumental in helping him secure the Republican nomination, raised only $7 million in August, while spending $21.1 million.

Appears that the wealthy donors bankrolling Mitt's campaign have maxed out. Can't have this (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10021338436) happening.
It's either that or they've decided it's a losing cause.

Granted that's on the campaign side, but if major donors are maxed out, fundraising is going to be an issue.

The money is in with the Koch Bros, Karl Rove Kronies, Adelson, etc. But, if you recall, McCain was in financial trouble at this same time in "08.

You gotta remember the type of people that are running these things.
They can't help themselves - they have no committment to mission, they just want to grab as much money for themselves as they can. The GOP superpacs are a huge circle jerk of "management fee" collectors.
If they end up printing a single bumper sticker for a million dollars, it would be a fooking miracle.
