Biden should make Hillary Clinton AG

When Biden wins, and right now it looks pretty inevitable especially because the WH and congressional republicans have a covid outbreak on their hands, he should make Hillary Clinton Attorney General. Can you imagine. That would be so damn delicious to see her go after Nunes and Leningrad Lindsey

Supreme Court justice?

Kamala is my 1st choice for VP, but I think she may be more suited to AG? Talk about kicking ASS!

Wouldn't object to Hakeem Jeffries or Paul Butler or Daniel Goldman as AG either , though! 😁

She could lead the investigation into these crooks.

Heads would explode.

It would be glorious.

Clinton probably has no interest in AG. She has been super active against Trump and is active in backing women for office.

Many dems only bring up age to rule out women- that is misogyny and has brought us to where we are today.

But she has given enough. She deserves to retire with dignity. We can certainly use her voice, but IMHO she is too much of a lightning rod and any prosecutions she opens would be considered suspect.

Sorry, I don't agree with you.

And warnings against Putin and her work for candidates and international work. Fact is she is over qualified for any national office .

We have shrunk -Clinton has not.

We have a lot of growing to do. before we can claim world leadership. We should be grateful Germany backed Merkel who has been a world lass leader

Hillary has been doing a lot of work to help against Trump and his enablers. She is a gem for sure. I actually wouldn't mind her being SOS again to help mend the damage done by Tillerson and Pompeo.

but, Hillary, Bill and Barack are all too old to be SCOTUS nominees. Same with Merrick Garland. If Gore had been named president by SCOTUS or the recount allowed to finish, Gore maybe could have appointed Bill to SCOTUS in 2001. We need somebody that can be in there for 25-35 years.

Biden will likely find nominees that are early to mid 50s - Ketanji Brown Jackson, Kamala Harris, Neal Katyal, Lori Lightfoot, among others.

However, I think Biden will go younger with Leondra Kruger (CA State Supreme Court justice), who turned 44 years old yesterday. Kruger has a great resume: undergrad with honors from Harvard, Yale law school, editor in chief of the Yale Law Review, clerked for John Paul Stevens, Deputy Assistant AG under Obama and also assistant to the Solicitor General under Obama. Remember the name.

That whoever is helping Biden, or will be helping, with SCOTUS nominees is going to take age into consideration and anybody over 60 won't be on the short list.

... that's an option. VP and Supreme Court have been mentioned - honestly, she would answer. "Pick someone else, someone younger." AG would be funny, though... not sure she would accept, but it would be fun watching the Republican heads spin!

I'd also think Governor Whitmire from Michigan would make a good AG, but after seeing the Biden's dog, I'm thinking that would be the type of AG we're going to need.

often in significant part because of her.

I think she has earned the right to pass the torch to others who will, and are, walking the trail that she blazed.

Much respect to Hillary Rodham Clinton.
