Trump sees the USA under him as the equivalent of the late Soviet Union, which "went bankrupt"

and that's why he has no problem with Putin putting a bounty on American soldiers.

But as for the alleged Russian bounties, Trump said: “I have never discussed it with him, no. I would. I have no problem with it.”

Asked about U.S. intelligence that Russia had been supplying weapons to the Taliban, Trump justified the alleged Kremlin arms program by pointing to U.S. support for Afghan fighters during the Soviet Union's war there in the 1980s.

“Well, we supplied weapons when they were fighting Russia, too. You know, when they were fighting with the Taliban in Afghanistan,” Trump said.

“I’m just saying, we did that, too,” he continued. “I don’t know. I didn’t ask Nicholson about that. He was there for a long time. Didn’t have great success because, you know, he was there before me. And then ultimately, I made a change.”

When asked more generally about Russian support for Afghanistan-based forces hostile towards American troops, Trump noted that the United States gave weapons to groups like the Taliban in the past, when they were battling Soviet Union forces occupying Afghanistan.

“Russia doesn’t want anything to do with Afghanistan now,” he said. “Russia used to be the Soviet Union. Because of Afghanistan, they went bankrupt. The last thing Russia wants to do is get involved with Afghanistan. They did that once and it didn’t work out.”

Worth reminding a few Reagan voters that Trump now sees the USA as today's "evil empire", and that's why he's fine with bounties on American soldiers?

By robbing the remains of the soviet treasury and state run resources like oil, mining, electricity, telecomm, etc. They just assumed ownership and became putins puppets.

It can happen here as well. The us has a lot of assets that can be looted. They have a roadmap and a gal.
