I realized today that I am trying to hide from a murderer(s).

And I'm not talking about the virus.

137 days home and counting.

The smarter portion of our population is in the same boat.

We are trying to avoid the actions of people who are actively trying to kill us.

And we have to wait until Jan 20, because of...reasons, I guess.

If a person who knows they are infected purposely coughs in your face that would be
attempted murder. A person who a asymptomatic gets you infected without malice, is not
attempted murder.
I have complained to store managers about unmasked people when the sign on the door
says "Masks Required", but there is no real enforcement. I rarely leave my land, where I have
lots of elbow room. We just have to be very cautious.
All the best.

I take my wife for a drive (we spent 4 hours at a gas station a few weeks ago waiting for a tow) because she’s very adamant about this.

Wow you have some serious mental discipline

98% of the time, I am home. During the time I am home, I'm inside probably 70% of the time. The other 30% is in my yard. It has to be this way, unfortunately. It's almost certain death if I get the virus.

Here's when I go out:

1) Once a week to pick up prescriptions at curbside pickup.

2) Maybe once every 2 weeks or so to go to a yard waste landfill.

3) A couple of times to get gas at a full serve station.

4) Many times to go for short drives.

Many of them will only get angrier starting in November.

And that big one going away in January is not going to calm them down at all.
