Zuck is, to quote a Klingon, "a tin-plated, overbearing dictator, with delusions of godhood". You know, like Trump.

to test for hydroxychloroquine (she is convinced that they are taking it prophylacticly).

One of the other doctors (Dr. Gold, or something like that) is pushing for it to be sold over the counter.

11. I'd love to see the education/training verifications on this physician

In my old job with a healthcare plan, I researched and verified the training and practice credentials of thousands of physicians, along with their malpractice history. It was an eye opener.

The only bio I could find on Dr. Immanuel states is that she graduated from medical school in Nigeria. She lists non-specific further training as being done in the United States OR Canada. Red flag, as far as I'm concerned.

As for board certification, I checked the ABMS.org site and she's not showing up for ANY of the specialties (emergency medicine/pediatrics although I also see family medicine on her list of specialties) that she has listed. Since she graduated medical school in 1990, from my experience in credentialing physicians, her not being board certified is unusual. Most healthcare plans now have board eligibility/certification as a requirement to be contracted. Of course, there are always ways around that. We had a policy that let such physicians, who were not 'grandfathered', provide 3 letters of recommendation from peers - a requirement that was necessary every 3 years, when they came up for re-credentialing. Sounds simple but it's an onerous task.
