McGRATH said (paraphrasing), "Well, Meghan, Mitch McCONNELL gets 90% of his money from outside of Kentucky, and running against a powerful party leader calls for a lot of money. And Mitch McCONNELL is who built this system of dark and soft money that is going to destroy this country.
