Never pull it down under your chin. Unhooking and pulling it to the side to dangle is the recommended procedure.

This is what a President looks and sounds like. He spoke with compassion and clarity. He presented a lot of information about his economic recovery plan. I love the slogan "Build Back Better". I just wish he could do more of these speeches during prime time so more people could hear him. He is definitely appearing more and more confident in these speeches.
