First point on first graphic is what people who are clueless about proportions say. tRump argues the same way about Covid testing. I was going to say clueless about statistics but it is even simpler than that.
Second point uses statistics based on false assumptions.
I could go on but won't. Thank you for posting.

Talking point: The problem is blacks commit more crime
The response takes the stance that it is just reported crime and tries hard to imply that blacks do not commit more crime.
This is really weak, and ducks a major issue and opportunity. Yes, blacks really do commit more crime per capita, it is a sad truth. Crime is a direct outgrowth of poverty and lack of educational opportunities. Blacks have more than double the poverty race of whites. A much better rebuttal would be to turn the talking point on its head and use it to prove the need to fight income inequality.
