Floridians File Wild Lawsuit Against Mask Mandate

It’s ‘Common Knowledge’ that Humans Use Noses and Mouths to ‘Breath’

Four Floridians filed a lawsuit late last month against a mandatory mask order for certain well-heeled residents of the Sunshine State.

Listing Florida’s wealthiest county as the named defendant, the lawsuit alleges “infringement upon well-settled constitutionally protected freedoms of over a million Palm Beach County residents and visitors, including but not limited to our constitutional and fundamental human right to privacy and bodily autonomy.”

“Despite having no authority, actual or apparent, under Florida law to do so, Defendant has recklessly required countless American citizens and Florida residents, including the Plaintiffs, to submit to dangerous medical treatments with well-known risks and potential for serious injuries and death, including being forced to wear harmful medical devices like masks,” the 80-page filing continues.

The lawsuit, apparently not a parody or practical joke, was filed by Josie Machovec, Carl Holme, Rachel Eade and Robert Spreitzer.

Proof is on other side of that coin. Doctors wear masks as protection.

And what medical treatments are they even talking about? Using hand sanitizer? Idiots.

Fucking ignorant assholes.

the voters decision to end greyhound racing. Its intent on the surface was that the voters have no right to determine how a group of people can make a living; racing should continue.

The intention may have been to find a judge willing to kick it up to a higher court, issuing a stay on the cessation. I didn't follow it, so I can't answer any questions regarding its outcome.

So, to answer your question, yes, someone sees an advantage, no matter how slim the odds. Were it not filed, there would be zero chance.

...an inability to fathom the depths the tinfoil hat (TFH) types will go to not acknowledge that they may have been wrong.

Limpets and barnacles are green with envy at TFHers' ability to cling to their cherished beliefs in the face of having to acknowledge their own gullibility.

I've got news for you. States have the right to pass laws in the public's best interests. Look at pretty much every State that has a seat belt law. Every last one of those laws was upheld. Wanna know why? Because.......say it with me, now........State's can pass laws to promote the general welfare of the public.

I swear, I've seen some of the dumbest, most uneducated bullshit come out of the mouths of anti-maskers in the last few weeks. My head hurts from facepalming so much. I actually saw someone claim that it's not the government's job to protect our health. I was like, oh yeah? Then why is there a Department of Health?
