It was actually a very kind and human thing Biden did inviting people to come in from the rain.
Ratings? He still thinks hes on the Apprentice I guess. The presidency is just a tv show to him.

for the next season or two than losing the opportunity to cover your presidency. Also, it's now occurred to me that even out of the White House Trump will probably keep having rallies and will certainly keep tweeting non-stop, so the media would probably still talk about him incessantly.
