Her name is Nicole and they have the license plate for their truck. I suspect they have been identified by now.

Police describe the suspects' car as a Nissan pickup truck with the word "NICOLE" on the right side in silver lettering.

The truck's license plate is "52701B1."

17. She was using Black Out Correction Fluid, if she truly wanted to erase the yellow,

she should dig up some of the asphalt and taken to a paint store and asked them to match the color.
After the paint store employees picked themselves up off the floor from laughing, they could call the
cops and inform them of a person digging up city streets, her tag number and presently she's headed
over to the asphalt/paving company we recommended to her. Oh, and she's armed and dangerous
with a 4 feet paint roller, so social distance and wear your mask because she's foaming at the mouth
because we couldn't match her color.
