Dog bless our wonderful Mayor Whaley for imposing a mask mandate effective this morning. My S.O. tells me that east-side Kroger is stopping people at the door without a mask and approaching shoppers, telling them to put their mask back on. Finally.

Ohio has now become a hot spot after DeWine capitulated and re-opened the state.
We also have 251 deaths / 1m population vs. Texas at (supposedly) 90.
