is strictly the job of Democratic leaders. Surely not Schumer, Nancy, and the rest of our leaders, including her own committee leaders? (I don't know who the subcommittee heads she works under are, but Maxine Waters and Carolyn Maloney are the big powers who chair them, one of these powers a, horrors, white woman!

Theaocp and Wellstone, Ocasio-Cortez needs to be differentiating to her followers very strongly between the corrupt treasonous Republicans and her own Democrats. The "Democrats are really just Republicans with pretensions of being better" schtick is way, way past its sucker date. My neighbor's senile cat doesn't believe that, but not every person has connected with that reality.
Declaring war on the 76% of Americans who consider themselves "white people" is more than a little shocking. It may please you and secure her little following who like it, but then what? She's already been reelected. She doesn't need to keep you jumping up and down for another 2 years. She needs to please and impress her superiors at work so they'll give her good assignments. Like any job. Does she know that?
Knock wood, but the Democratic Party may just control both houses of congress in addition to the WH, and will be making big, big things happen. We have a mandate and a huge job ahead. And a huge moment in history. If I were you, I'd want her to be a productive part of it.
