Don't like my train of thought?
Go to an emergency room entrance in Houston and look at the lineup outside.

(4,619 posts)I got tons of perspective.
If "people" wore masks, thousands of other people's friends and families would still / be alive.

(14,337 posts)Did the person KNOW they had HIV (or COVID)? Every American has been tested for the virus, or shows symptoms? Might be infected is not enough legal proof.
Said knowingly infected person would have to INTENTIONALLY set out to infect others. That as well would have to be proven in a court of law.
It happened back with HIV where infected people were charged when they did not use condoms and also did not TELL multiple sexual partners they were. They call this mens rae "evil mind".
The charge today would probably be Reckless Endangerment for not wearing masks in public, definitely not Murder. The infected person would have to be maskless AND spitting or coughing on people faces to even entertain a murder charge.
