And it would be lawfully justified.

1. A person is guilty of arson in the fourth degree when he recklessly damages a building or motor vehicle by intentionally starting a fire or causing an explosion.


Under NY law, any person may use deadly physical force upon another individual when he or she reasonably believes it to be necessary to prevent or terminate what he or she reasonably believes to be the commission or attempted commission of arson by such individual.

I know, don’t judge on appearances. But that crappy ratio looks just like one you’d pick up in prison.
