At first it only seemed like a tick when he used both hands for that water botlle. But after seeing the recent uncrontrolled twitches, I think it's a necessity to use both hands to control the movement of his hand.

He intones and then the content--countries many people have never even heard of--and we know he's revealing his own ignorance. "A country known as China..." Jeebus those poor kids.

What an embarrassment. Those poor cadets having to suffer through that nightmare of a "speech". I'm surprised that none of them burst out laughing, but then again they are trained to have extraordinary discipline.

Trump looked like he was on his last legs there. Let's hope it's so.
