The problem is not with police unions. The problem is with police evading prosecution.

Unions should be advocates for their members.

It shocks me that we have people here who think union busting is the answer when clearly the answer is to prosecute criminal police.

The data on police performance records, civilian complaints, etc., has yet to be compiled anywhere.
