I cannot see any reason to be beating him that way. It looks like he is just trying to ride his bike. I don't see why cops are beating people just going about their business.
All of the griping and complaining I hear people do about looting and "rioting" and cops are busy just harassing people who are going about their day. Cops aren't even going after any looters. They are just harassing regular people and beating down protesters who say things the cops don't like. It is like they have made it their mission to go beat people just to beat people at this point. They are a bunch of bullies. Yes, we need police reform. Start with don't beat people just because you don't like what they say and don't beat people just going about their day. We shouldn't have to ask for something that simple, but I guess we will have to break it down for the cops all the way back to kindergarten level and start their training over from scratch. Don't beat people for saying stuff you don't like and don't beat people just trying to travel from point A to point B.
