Per Thom Hartmann today, the fascist traitors will use the 12th amendment to keep the traitor in power.
If states cant certify the votes, etc.
The question, I hope everyone knows, is not will they steal the election or prevent it from coming to fruition legally but how...
I am not an expert, our experts here can expound on what Thom is talking about, I assume...
Make everyone aware of this.
Something about not being able to certify the votes, which then gives each state one vote. Like I said, I am not the expert, Thom is not going to mention this if there is nothing to it, he is smarter than that, our resident experts can expound.

(853 posts)That is when Jefferson and Burr (Jefferson's VP) got the same number of votes, so the election went to the House. Good ol' Burr, the only former VP to ever be tried for Treason.

(52,196 posts)well we remember the bush v. gore trick in 2000, and then there's the tilden-hayes mess in 1876.
if enough states (think, ones with republican secretaries of state) refuse to certify their electors, such that there's no electoral majority, then the house of representatives chooses the president.
but the house does it in a peculiar way -- one vote for each state delegation. so wyoming's *one* representative gets as much say as the entire california delegation, which is currently 47 democrats and 7 republicans.
so it's possible that democrats have more seats overall, say 260-175, but the delegations are majority-republican in more states, say 26-24, then they'd vote for donnie and we'd be screwed yet again.
