A pregnant Upper West Side socialite calls the NYPD, falsely claiming a black woman 'in her neighborhood' was 'attacking' her.
The white woman, who identifies herself as Svitlana Flom, 34, can be heard telling officers she was being 'threatened' while footage does not support this claim. Flom, who is married to millionaire car salesman Gary Flom, also goes on to accuse the woman of 'harassing' her and 'threatening' her children; the clip posted online does not show that.
Sharing the footage online @_brownsugarbaby said: 'From 6:15pm - 7:31pm this woman, Svitlana Flom, felt the need to not only approach me but call the cops MULTIPLE TIMES ON ME!!

According to the article, this woman is part-owner of two restaurants "Maison Vivienne" in NYC and Southampton...decent people in NYC know where not to go now... It is listed on Yelp and on Tripadvisor

6. I get the impression from reading the article that Svetlana, or whatever her name

is, only thought she was smoking. She wasn't actually smoking. Sounds like racist Russian mail order bride just thought she could get away with harrassing her for no reason.

but Mrs. Flom seems to be a trophy wife.

She also seems to be a bit emotionally unstable. If she was so upset with the other women, she could have just walked away and sat down somewhere else.
