Feds took over the case and brought a lesser charge. They may be trying to find out if there was another organization of this. The lawyers had more cocktails in their car and were apparently trying to get other protestors to throw them. A woman who threw one into into a car with police in it was charged with the same I believe while she may have been charged with attemoted murder at first.
