Mexico, are Russian. Think about it, they have their pulse on the entire country, as they see it all. Plus we depend on them to deliver our goods. Infiltration at its best.

Where do the immigrant drivers come from? "The top five are Mexico, El Salvador, Cuba, India, and Guatemala," Lowry noted. "Eastern European countries like Poland and Ukraine are next and then it drops off quickly: Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bosnia, Honduras, Columbia, Russia, and China."

The largest group -- representing 32% of immigrant truck drivers – is from Mexico.

Not tin-foil hat at all. Observation. Perhaps they are more prevalent in the South. Don't know.

that Tanker. Noticed it had Motor Fuel Placards. Headed for Roseville Tank Farm?

He will never Drive a Truck again,lucky if he gets less than 3-5 years for endangerment.
