The "dead democrat re tweet" is the opening for republicans to criticize Trump.

I realized just now,Trump opened the door himself to let in the criticism. That tweet goes beyond what is normal in any campaign anywhere. Yes, there will be criticism of this one, from some prominent people. Just give it some time, & we will hear a lot this weekend. (unless Trump apologizes, that would also be a first)

any such thing as "beyond what is normal" for the GOP. They might criticize it initially, but will ultimately back it in November.

But I expect zero currently serving elected republicans to criticize him for this. They've had plenty of opportunities in the past to stand up for the side or morality, decency, and normality, and have failed each time. I expect the same here.

Why? I do not remember candidates running for office ever talking about..."dead opponents and dead members of other parties" Do You?...But this weekend's talk shows will be the eye opener. Yes, I could be totally wrong, and I will admit it, and often do, but this time I think Trump has crossed a line.
..Yes, Trump knows no boundaries, but we will see if I got to say I am wrong again.

I'm not holding my breath on any criticism of their messiah.

They are all in 100000% on whatever crazy ass shit he does.

They won't dare peep about anything.

That ship sailed long long ago.

Trump doesn't have to learn anything, cause he already knows it all. So, maybe he won't take it back in any way shape or form, cause he ....knows it all

"Grab 'em by the pussy", shitting on a Gold Star family, mocking a disabled reporter, and being an all-around shitty human being didn't do it, but a retweet is going to wake them the fuck up?

Don't hold your breath.
